On December 02nd 2020, Carat factory hired a new team that is responsible in Quality Control. To improve their knowledge and skills, Pak Hidayat created a small program of manufacturing basic school for them.

The focus on this program is to educate the new staff about quality control such as their job responsible, how to manage their task, techniques, and other skills.

With this program, we hope that the new team will carry out the task properly that meet the company’s SOP.
